After a groundswell of anticipation, the wait is finally over for sophisticated baconists everywhere. Welcome to the premiere of BaconVision: An up close exposé on the world of bacon – and the chefs who make their living preparing it.
In the first installment of BaconVision, the dedicated baconologists at the Bacon Institute proudly present renowned St. Louis hotspot, Boogaloo, and its owner/chef Mike Johnson. Today he will be preparing a delicious but healthy bacon salad with a bacon vinaigrette dressing, scallops covered in a bacon crust, served on top of bacon sweet potato hash. Enjoy!
